1. What is personalization? Do I need it? We can personalize each plaque with a different place and class, sponsor, etc., so no more sticky labels to add to your awards. Each plaque is a unique award to its recipient. This can be done for as little as $1.00 extra per plaque.

2. Can I call you with a list of my personalized awards? It's best to put them in writing. You can email them to us at sales@daytonatrophy.com or fax them to 386-255-3214. Please don't email Microsoft Word documents.

3. We build our own awards. Can we order just the metal award plaques from you? Yes, of course. Your metal plates will come with full 3M adhesive backing, and cost 30% less than the catalog price.

4. I saw an award plaque in your catalog that's awesome! Can I have one just like it, except with my show information instead? Usually, yes. A few of the designs belong to a specific club or artist and cannot be exactly duplicated. Give us a call or an email and tell us which design you like. We will do our best.

5. I need ten 7"x9" and ten 9"x12" plaques. Can I combine them for the 20-39 price? Wall plaque pricing is per size. You can't combine sizes for the quantity discount. Each size plaque is specifically tailored to their individual dimensions, and requires a separate set-up.

6. How about wall plaque re-orders? Minimum re-order is five plaques, usually shipped in five days or less.

7. My design has five colors. Why don't I see a price for that many colors? Designs of four colors or more pay the "unlimited color" price. Whether you have four colors or twenty, the price is the same.

8. Does black count as a color? Yes, black is a color. The number of colors refers to the number of different inks required to print your job. White also counts as a color, unless you request it as your background.

9. How long will it take to get my order? Production time is two weeks or less. Most orders leave sooner. During the busy weeks prior to Father's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day etc., expect ten-day shipment. Order as early as possible, and don't forget to add 2 to 5 days for UPS to deliver your package, depending on your location.

10. Can I send you a photo of a club member's car to use on our wall plaques? Yes, a CUSTOM WALL PLAQUE can be created with your photos. Be sure to send us a clear, sharp photo exactly as you want it shown. If your friends, Tom and Betty are standing in front of the car in your photo, Tom and Betty will be on your dash plaque. Likewise, we can't close the open doors and hoods. It's hard to draw what you can't see. Send us an excellent photo and you'll get a great plaque!

11. How about our club Logo? You bet! Send us a good copy of your logo. We can print it on a custom wall plaque.

12. Can I see exactly what my plaques will look like before you print my job? Yes. Proofs are free for orders of $500 and up. For orders less than $500 there is a $25.00 proof fee. These proofs are available by e-mail or regular mail.

13. Can you send the bill to my club treasurer after our event? Sorry, no. All orders must be paid in full by check or credit card prior to shipment.

14. What if I only need one very special Award Plaque? We suggest you order one of our PRESENTATION AWARDS.

15. I forgot to order my award plaques. My event is next week. Can you help me? Yes. We offer a one week rush service on Award Wall Plaques. The rush fee is $35.00. Credit Card ONLY. Shipping charges are extra depending on what shipping you require.

16. Last year, we bought some plaques from a cheap place we found on the internet. They've gone out of business... How long has Daytona Trophy been around? We’ve been in business here, in Daytona Beach since 1973. We know cars! We eat, sleep, drink and breathe cars and motorcycles of all kinds, and have for over 35 years. Currently... '69 Camaro, C6 Corvette, Flathead powered '32 hi-boy, 911 Porsche, etc. The people who answer the phone here, speak CARS. Relax... We're car people, too.

17. Are your products American Made? All of the materials that go into the manufacture of our dash & wall plaques are made in the USA. No cheap Chinese aluminum, vinyls, adhesives or heat transfers. If you ever find that cheap guy from the internet again, ask him if his materials are American-made.

18. We're coming to Daytona for the races (Go, Dale Jr.). Can we visit you guys? Sure, stop by and see us. We'll give you a tour of our 8500 sq. ft. facility, and you can meet Stanley, the shop dog. You can see the speedway from our front door, so give us a call!
