USING IMAGES FROM THE WEB:

1. MOST IMAGES found online are too low-resolution to be used elsewhere. Even pictures that look great on your computer monitor, may appear grainy, blurry, or otherwise disappointing when printed. Web images are generally 72dpi; We require a minimum resolution of 300dpi at 100% (the size the image will actually be printed).

2. AN EXCEPTION may be if a large image from the web was to be used on a plaque at a much smaller size. In this case, reducing the physical dimensions of the image may increase the resolution to an acceptable level.
