TIPS for preparing ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR FILES:

We accept Adobé Illustrator files, as long as they can be converted to Macromedia Freehand or Adobé Photoshop files. In the conversion process, certain characteristics may change or disappear, altering the appearance of your art and causing problems. Please read these guidelines to make sure you don't waste time creating artwork that is difficult or impossible to screenprint.

1. KEEP IT SIMPLE & BOLD: On plaque orders, try to limit your design to a few basic elements; Just the important stuff.
Shrinking a flyer or T-shirt artwork to fit on a dash plaque usually doesn't work. Keep in mind how small the final artwork will be. Don't include details or text so small it will not be legible when printed.

2. LINKED IMAGES: If you have placed linked images (tiff, jpg, etc.) within your Illustrator artwork you
MUST include those files separately, in addition to your Illustrator file. Please include these files even if they have been embedded in your Illustrator document.

3. COLOR PRINTS / PROOFS: Converting a file from one program to another, colors may change. If possible, send a color print/hardcopy along with your order to show us exactly how the art should appear. Including PMS numbers also helps your art look its best.
